Jan Von Holleben inspired college

I created this image by blowing up an old photograph of me as a child to A4 size, I then used diffrent materials and objects to create a college. I decided to make this as child like as I could so show that my college was based on Jan Van Holleben's work, as he uses photographs of children in his colleges.

Jan Von Holleben's work includes thing's like kids flying though the sky like super heros and monsters. These are both very child like images and similar to a childs imagination. I tried to show how this influenced me though my work with the use of a monster.

In the lesson we worked in groups to create these collages but a lot bigger we also used people in them. Our final images are above. For this we used paper and other materials; we made seaweed, the sun, a shark fin and other sea creatures to make the scene. We then photographed it from above to see everything in the frame at once.
