The tutorial showed me how to use the elliptical marquee tool to add Vignette to my photograph, I did not like how it turned out as it is too harsh for the photograph eventhough I put it on the lowest setting.

This way was much easier and I prefered the outcome as it was more subtle. I used the highest setting for this effect.
